Bourque Properties occasionally offers specials to our both our prospective tenants and our current tenants. Most of our specials involve free car washes from the Urban Spot Free Car Wash. Bourque Properties is located at 5105 15^th Street East, in Bradenton, Florida, 34205. The office is located in the same building that houses the Urban Spot Free Car Wash. A self-service car wash that features four self-service bays and one Automatic touch free car wash bay. The owners of Bourque Properties also own the car wash. Bourque Properties currently has one special running to benefit our tenants.

Pay your rent in full by the first day of the month it is due and you will receive a gift card from Urban Car Wash, good for 4 Free “The Works Wash”. A $28.00 Value. Each month, when you pay your rent in full by the first day of the month your gift card will have 4 washes added to it.
